2013 NADCE Board Election Results

For two weeks in May, NADCE members had the chance to elect 4 new members to the Board of Directors.  The positions up for election were:
    (1) Chair-Elect
    (2) Treasurer
    (3) Member-At Large
    (4) Member-At-Large
Voting closed May 29, results have been tabulated, and the candidates have been contacted regarding their selection.  The new candidates will join the current Board of Directors at their annual meeting in St. Louis in August.  Congratulations and God's blessings to NADCE's newly elected board members.

2013 NADCE Awards

Last fall, members of NADCE voted for our triennial DCE awards.  In January, at the NADCE Conference in Irvine, CA; the awards for Master DCE & Outstanding New DCE were presented.  George Denholm (Columbus, IN) received the Master DCE award, recognizing his faithful and exceptional service to the Lord in ministry for the past 30 years.  George was then honoredby his congregation on February 17. Rebekah Freed (Tonawanda, NY) received the Outstanding New DCE Award, one given to an exemplary DCE with 3 years or less of ministry experience.  NADCE thanks the Lord for the service of these, and all servants of Christ, as they minister to their congregations, communities, and the world.

Thanks for joining us at #Connect, the 2013 NADCE Conference.  We look forward
to seeing you again in 2015!

God’s blessings to this year’s class of DCE Interns as they begin their full-time ministry.  Is there an intern placed in your state or near your community?  Take some time to reach out and connect with them as they settle in.  A complete list will be available soon!
